This is the order form used if your church decides to follow the Pre-Sale Option steps for your Wish Me A Merry Christmas Campaign button fundraiser. Follow the instructions below to print and use the form.

Instructions:

• Print as many copies of the Pre-Sale Order Form as you need for your fundraiser.
• Have fundraisers collect the money when the order is placed.
• Checks should be made payable to your church or organization.
• Your fundraiser administrator then places one order in multiples of 50 and pays by credit card.
• Buttons arrive within 12 business days of order placement.
